Reviewing and evaluating film certainly is a factor in me playing my
Before each game I usually listen to music and try to focus and
visualize what I need to do in the game.
My parents definitely inspire me to play well, as I want to do well
because of all they have sacrificed to get me to this point in my life.
My teammates also influence me, as I have to, and want to play well
in order for the team to succeed.
Hofstra University freshman Kelsie Wills was voted the Colonial
Wills, who was named to the All-tournament at the Aggie Invitational
over the weekend, shared the award with Jillian Briner of Northeastern.
Wills, who won her first weekly conference honor helped lead Hofstra to
a 2-2 week, including a runner-up finish at the Aggie Invitational.
She was second on the team last week in kills and digs with 40 and 48,
In Hofstra's opening match in California, Wills contributed nine kills, 16
digs and three blocks against UC Davis.
She followed that up by leading Hofstra in kills in the Pride's next two
matches with 16 against Seattle and eight versus Air Force. She added
13 digs against the Redhawks and eight digs against Air Force.
For the season, Wills is second on the team with 163 kills and 158 digs.
She also has 23 blocks and eight service aces.
