Annika Foit was voted the NEC Conference Volleyball Player of the
Week by the leagues head volleyball coaches.
Long Island University volleyball player, freshman, Annika Foit was
named Molten/Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week for a third
time this season.
Foit averaged 5.30 kills and 1.90 digs per set as the Blackbirds won three
conference matches and extended their winning streak to four.
Annika began the week with 17 kills and two digs in the Blackbirds’ 3-0
home win over St. Francis (N.Y.) on Sept. 28 and followed up that
performance with a Long Island season-high 25 kills to go along with
nine digs in a 3-1 victory at Central Connecticut State on Oct. 1.
Foit then notched 11 kills and eight digs in the Blackbirds’ sweep of
Quinnipiac on Oct. 2.
For the week, she hit .289 and added six blocks and three aces.

Perfect for regular Boot Camp class players and players who've ALREADY played on a City of Las Vegas/NYS Elite local league team and who're interested in more advanced training and/or trying out for the Volleycats Elite 14s/15s/ local team competing in June/July/August.
