top coaches and pro players that can help you improve your defensive
skills for the indoor and sand game.
Volleyball videos are a great way to get instruction on how
to defend a ball, how to position your body on the court in defense, and
learn additional tips and tricks that only the pros and top coaches
If these videos are free to watch, then that should make your learning
experience even more enjoyable right?

Listen to what Dan has to say about the importance of not guessing
where to go in beach volleyball defense. You have to stay still and not
move until you know where the hitter is going to hit the ball.
Then once you do, you need to react quickly to run to the ball and
ideally you want to place yourself so it only takes you three long steps
in any direction to cover the court.
