First up is the Minnesota Gophers women's volleyball team.

Minnesota Gopher Volleyball Training Video

  • The Gophers are 24 - 3 and ranked in the top 5 teams in the AVCA national ranking
  • Minnesota is 13 - 3 in the Big 10 Conference going into the tenth week of the 2017 NCAA season.

Michigan State Volleyball Training 

  • The Spartans finished the 2016 season with a 25 - 9 record. 
  • Michigan State finished fifth in the Big Ten with a 13 - 7 conference record

Are You A Female Warrior? 

  • At the end of the 2016 season, the Spartans 19th in the final AVCA ranking
  • Michigan State made it to the second round of the NCAA Championship playoffs where they lost to Arizona

UC Davis Strength and Conditioning

  • Aggies are 23 -2 overall and unbeaten in the Big West with a 13 - 0 record

  • Mahalia White won her fourth Big West Conference Freshman of the Week honors on November 6
  • Malia Bolko wins her third Defensive Player of the week the second week November 6

Washington Cougars Volleyball Training 

  • In 2016 the Cougars made it to the NCAA Championship Tournament, the first time since 2009
  • Beat #4 Washington, #9 UCLA and #9 Stanford in a ten day period

Clemson Tigers Don't Get Tired

  • Clemson is currently in last place in the ACC in the 2-14

UMBC Strength and Conditioning

  • The Retrievers are currently 14 -11 overall an in America East conference play 6-5

  • They are on a 15 match winning streak as of November 10

  • The Longhorns, last season NCAA runner up in the NCAA Championship final are undefeated in the Big 12 with a 13 - 0 record
  • Texas is on a 15 match wing streak

North Carolina Wolfpack Strength and Conditioning 

  • The Wolfpack have a 14 - 10 overall record entering week 10 of the 2017 - 2018 season
  • Wolfpack are 11 - 5 in the ACC
  • North Carolina State have a 13 - 1 at-home record

  • Overall record 11 - 14
  • In the SEC the Gamecocks are 4- 9

  • Florida is chopping down on a  21 - 1 record 
  • The Gators are 13 - 1 in the Southeastern Conference
  • Ranked nationally at #4 in the country

  • In the America East the Seawolves are fourth in the conference with a 6 - 5 record.

Perfect for regular Boot Camp class players and players who've ALREADY played on a City of Las Vegas/NYS Elite local league team and who're interested in more advanced training and/or trying out for the Volleycats Elite 14s/15s/ local team competing in June/July/August. 

Private and Semi Private Lessons with Coach April
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays

Ten (10) - intensive 60-minute sessions of semi-private (small groups of six) volleyball practices 

Sessions are a specially designed mix of skills conducted by Coach April within the one hour session

  • Private training class pack is $1050 for 10 classes. This includes gym rental fee 
  • Semi-private training class pack is $850 for 10 classes. This includes gym rental fee
